About AP Brahmin Corporation

Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation or ABC in short, is a State Government-owned vibrant organization committed to the development and welfare of the weaker and marginalized sections of the Brahmin community. ABC serves the needy members of the community in AP in a selfless and inspirational manner by providing financial, intellectual and physical resources for their overall development which includes education, skill building, entrepreneurship, welfare and value-based cultural life, on a sustainable basis. The Corporation also strives to inculcate a sense of belonging to the community for improving cohesiveness, morale and pride. The resources are provided through distinct schemes and initiatives in various categories.

As a part of the Skilling Programs, ABC has introduced Dronacharya Skill Development Scheme for Unemployed Youth from the Brahmin community in Andhra Pradesh.

To develop skills among unemployed Brahmin youth and enable them to gainfully employed.

In this specific initiative ABC will provide Skilling in the domain of Finance & Accounting Services in 2 locations i.e. Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.

  • Academics: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA, ICWAI
  • Age Limit: 21 year and 32 years as on the date of application
  • Domicile: The applicant and his / her both parents should belong to Brahmin community and parents should reside in Andhra Pradesh
  • Annual Income: Annual income of Parents / Guardian should not be more than Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only)
  • Benefit entitlement: Should not have availed himself/ herself any amount under any other Government scheme for the same purpose for the financial year 2017-18
  • Registrations will be opened from
  • Eligible candidates should register on the portal
  • Post registration, the applicant has to go through ‘Pre Assessment’
  • Candidates will be notified about the Pre-Assessment results
  • Candidates clearing the ‘Pre-Assessment’ will be eligible for the skilling program
